1. A Plethora of Pansies – we all know how these cute little flowers that looks like smiley faces looks so wonderful when grouped together.

2. A Riot of Colour - colourful gardens bring joy and happiness to all that enjoy them. There are no rules as to the types of plants, just lots of colour.

3. Trailing Plants– I’m thinking our wonderful hanging baskets from our plant sale are good candidates for trailing plants, or plants trailing down from a rock garden.

4. From Open Gardens - this will definitely entice everyone to attend ourfellow members’ open gardens and take lots of photos.

Photos are to be taken by the entrant/member, from January 1, 2026, to our October meeting and submitted by our October meeting. One photo per member per category. Photos are to be 4”x6” or 5”x7”, with your name and category on the back. Photos can be edited or cropped. Photos must not
infringe on any rights of any third parties; and any third parties appearing in the photo have given their consent to having their photo entered into the contest. Photos will not be returned and become property of the Maple Ridge Garden Club.
